Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

1.1 Orders will be processed after full payment has been successfully received.

1.2 Orders with a subtotal of $100 or more (after all applicable promotional discounts) qualify for free shipping.

1.3 A standard shipping fee of $15 applies to orders below $100.

1.4 If any ordered products become unavailable, Puffxx will notify the customer by email. The customer may choose either a refund or store credit, where applicable.

2. Dispatch & Delivery

2.1 Orders are dispatched from our warehouse as quickly as possible and shipped using express delivery.

2.2 Estimated delivery time is 1–4 business days after the order has been placed.

2.3 For eligible local delivery areas:

• Orders placed before 4:30 PM may qualify for same-day delivery.

• Orders placed after 4:30 PM will generally be delivered on the next business day.

3. Delivery Requirements

3.1 A valid physical delivery address must be provided for every order.

3.2 Deliveries must be accepted by the intended recipient specified when the order was placed.

3.3 Delivery personnel may request proof that the recipient is 21 years of age or older before completing delivery.
