Express Delivery

Orders outside the local delivery area are shipped via Express Delivery.
Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days.

Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • 1.1 Orders are processed after full payment has been received.
  • 1.2 Orders over $100 (after applicable promotional discounts) qualify for free shipping.
  • 1.3 A shipping fee of $15 applies to orders under $100.
  • 1.4 If any ordered products become unavailable, Puffxx will notify you by email or phone. A refund or store credit will be issued accordingly.

2. Dispatch & Delivery

  • 2.1 Orders are dispatched from our warehouse as quickly as possible via Express Delivery.
  • 2.2 Estimated delivery time is 1–4 business days.
  • 2.3 Local Delivery:
    • Orders placed before 4:30 PM qualify for same-day delivery.
    • Orders placed after 4:30 PM will be delivered the following day.

3. Delivery Requirements

  • 3.1 A valid physical delivery address is required.
  • 3.2 Orders must be received by the intended recipient.
  • 3.3 Delivery personnel may verify that the recipient is at least 21 years of age.
